My book, MY JOURNAL, officially launched worldwide today on Amazon, is designed to cultivate this belief within you. Drawing from my personal journey, I created this journal to inspire others like myself to embrace change, understand its profound significance, and embark on their own transformative journeys.
Before you realize you can change, it’s important to become aware of your thoughts and behavior. Once you are conscious of them, you will realize that you have influence over them. If you don’t know what you think or how you behave in certain moments, it’s difficult to determine what you want to change.
It all begins with self-awareness and observing how it affects you. In the beginning, it can be overwhelming to pay attention to your thoughts and actions constantly. You will then realize that we often have negative thoughts, whether about ourselves, others, the environment, or a situation.
But it doesn’t have to be this way! You have tremendous influence over your thoughts. They are not always true; they are just thoughts. Once you realize this, you will start feeling better. We can literally choose how we think about ourselves and life, and often how we behave as well.
You are not inherently lazy, impatient, or a perfectionist. It is simply your behavior, and behavior can be changed. You are the one in control of yourself. How empowering is that?!

As someone who suffered for many years with depression and burnout, I know this process works. I developed it and live it every day. I am now a happy, healthy, and confident woman because of the transformation I went through on this journey.
Remember, there is no magic solution. You gotta do the work.
You need to be willing to take action for yourself. You deserve that. Be open to everything you will learn about yourself, your thoughts, and your environment.
